Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from DolphinGallerie. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, goods made to your specifications, or items which are clearly personal care goods. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have approved it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the form on our website.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us using the form on our website.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your item to the appropriate returns processing center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning items of high value, we consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
